The Website is governed by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Terms”). By accessing and using the Website in any way, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the whole or any portion of the Website at any time which will be imposed after an updated version has been made available on the Website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Recruitment Process and Database

You acknowledge that we will assess your application based on your information that you have provided us, given that it is accessible data. The email address you have provided may be controlled by your email provider and may restrict you from receiving emails from us. It is your responsibility to enable your settings to allow you to receive emails. The job vacancy may be cancelled at any time without notice. We aim for ensure job vacancies posted on the Website are accurate and current, however, there is no guarantee. By submitting your application, you are accepting the Terms provided to you. Your stored information will remain in the ALG database unless requested to be removed by you. For more information, refer to the Privacy Policy.
 

Social Media and Third-Party Websites

ALG operates social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Any content you publish in relation to those accounts are also governed by these Terms. In addition, the Website may contain links to third-party websites as well as our social media accounts in which you are subject to their specific Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for any of their features and other materials.

ALG uses a range of third-party data analytics and suppliers to maintain the most efficient service to you. The Website uses cookies and by using the Website you acknowledge the data it collects. Specifically, Google Analytics is used, and the data does not capture personal information or identify you. We use these analytics in order to understand your preferences to improve your experience of the Website. This includes but is not limited to browser type, language, country, website functionality, third-party referral tracking, security and target marketing via third-party platforms.
 

Payment Terms

For students enrolling into a course, payment must be made via PayPal or provided payment system within 2 working days unless otherwise specified. If no payment is received, the enrolment will be void and your spot will no longer be reserved. Upon payment confirmation, course login will be sent within 24 hours, and an official ALG receipt will be sent via our Finance Team within 5-7 working days. Refunds/Cancellations Policy

Upon enrolment of your training course, you may cancel a course unless otherwise stated as a non-refundable course. ALG may, at its discretion, charge cancellation fees as stated below.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Website is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland.
